วันที่ 17 พ.ย. 56 ปาริชาติ ภูนกยูง ขึ้นเวทีราชดำเนิน บอกหลงผิด เผาศาลากลางขอนแก่น โดยจตุพรบอกให้เอาน้ำมันไปเผา แล้วจะได้เงิน 1.5 ล้านบาท ตนยอมให้ถูกตำรวจจับ ขึ้นศาลถูกตั้ง 6 ข้อหา แต่โดนฟ้อง 3 ข้อหา ติดคุก 3 ปี สารภาพลดเหลือ 1 ปี ติดคุก 3 เดือน ประกันตัวออกมา แต่ไม่ได้เงิน 1.5 ล้าน ตัวเองดีใจที่ตาสว่างแล้ว ตอนติดคุกแกนนำไม่เคยมาเยี่ยม มีแต่พี่สาว ตนต้องเอาที่นาไปจำนำ เอาเงินมาสู้คดี หมดตัวแล้ว อยากจะเข้าร่วมกับม๊อบนกหวีด นอกจากนี้ ตอนติดคุกพ่อแม่ถูกรถชนตาย ไม่ได้ไปงานศพ
Red-shirt supporter confesses "was hired 1.5 million THB to burn "Town Hall" in 2553
On Nov 17th, 2013, Parichat Phunokyoong confessed at Rajadamnern protests she was misled. She burned the Khon Kaen Town Hall in 2010 because Jatuporn (Prompan), Red-shirt group leader, said she would get paid of 1.5 million baht. She had been arrested with 3 charges and sentenced to 1 year in jail. She got bailed out after 3 months in prison.
Not only she hasn't received 1.5 million baht, but she also mortgage her farmland to pay for the court and lawyer fees. Now she is insolvent. In addition, while in jail, both her parents were dead in a road accident and she was unable to attend the funeral.
